Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and older who are seriously considering adding a rare, thoughtfully raised companion to their home. Our placement process is personal and selective - we welcome families, professionals, and individuals who are prepared to provide aloving, attentive environment.
4. User Interactions
Users may interact with our website by submitting contact forms, making inquiries about available puppies, and placing deposits. All interactions must be conducted respectfully andhonestly. Misrepresentation of your home, lifestyle, or intentions during the placement process may result in cancellation of your reservation.
5. Puppy Placement & Deposits
All puppies are placed at the sole discretion of Elite Yorkies & Biewers. We reserve the right todecline any placement we do not believe is in the best interest of the puppy or consistent withour program's standards.
A deposit is required to reserve a puppy. Deposits are non-refundable unless Elite Yorkies & Biewers cancels the placement. A deposit confirms your intent to purchase but does not guarantee a specific puppy until a written Purchase Agreement is signed. Full payment terms,including final balance and timing, will be provided at the time of placement.
6. Health Guarantee
We stand behind the health and quality of our puppies. A written Health Guarantee will be provided at the time of sale and constitutes a separate agreement from these Terms of Service.
Please review your Health Guarantee carefully before completing your purchase. All adult dogs in our program are health tested, including genetic screening. Every puppyreceives age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and a full veterinary health inspection prior to placement.
7. Liability Limitations
While we take every measure to raise healthy, well-socialized puppies, Elite Yorkies & Biewers makes no warranties beyond those expressly stated in your written Health Guarantee regarding the adult size, color development, or temperament of any individual puppy. All sales are final. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or ownership of a puppy beyond the terms of your written agreement.
8. Content Ownership
All content on eliteyorkiesandbiewers.com — including text, photography, branding, and puppyprofiles — is owned by Elite Yorkies & Biewers. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from our website is strictly prohibited.
9. Intellectual Property
Elite Yorkies & Biewers is the continuation of the rare-color Yorkie breeding program originally developed by Dr. Robin Taylor through Roman Empire Yorkies. Our bloodlines, breeding philosophy, and program standards represent decades of proprietary development. Use of ourname, imagery, or program materials without written permission is not permitted.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving any concerns fairly and directly. If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us first so we can work toward an amicable resolution. Disputes that cannot beresolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration in Panama City, Florida, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. We reserve the right to pursue legal action where necessary to protect our rights, property, or program integrity.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted onour website and, where applicable, communicated by email to those who have placed deposits or are in active communication with us.
